Judgment :- When the above matter was called, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court has no other option than to dismiss the above revision. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.1846 of 2006 is also dismissed.
