ORDER : UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following 1. The Report No.46 dated 12th November, 2007 of the Monitoring Committee has been received. The relevant extract relating to the various applicants be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant in the respective cases. The response, if any, to the report shall be filed by 5th December, 2007. 2. Copies of the response be supplied to learned Amicus Curiae. The extracts be supplied within three days. In respect of fresh I.As., the Monitoring Committee shall submit its report by 5th December, 2007 and relevant extracts of the report in respect of the concerned applicants be supplied to them by 7th December, 2007. The interim protection given to the applicant in I.A. No. 2200 shall continue till the next date which is fixed as 11th December, 2007. So far as I.A. Nos. 2195-2196 are concerned, the Monitoring Committee has indicated that the applicant may be permitted to continue in the premises till 30th April, 2008 subject to deposit of conversion charges for the years 2006- 2007 and 2007-2008 or from the date of occupation of the premises whichever is later as penalty for misuse of the premises. Learned counsel for the applicant stated that they may be permitted to continue user of the premises. The prayer is accepted subject to filing of an undertaking to deposit the required charges for the period which will be fixed on the next date of hearing. Issue notice of these I.As. to DDA, L&DO, Ministry of Urban Development. 3. Copies of the report be supplied to learned counsels of MCD, NDMC, DDA and NCT of Delhi. 4. All the pending IAs where response have been filed be listed on the next date of hearing i.e. 11th December, 2007.
