JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for taking effective action on the complain, sent by registered post on 24.8.2007 regarding gang rape committed with minor daughter of the petitioner No. 1. 3. As per the averments of the petition, it is clear that petitioners submitted a complaint to respondents No. 2 and 3 and Woman Commission through registered post on 24.8.2007, but upto that, no effective action was taken by the respondents. It is alleged that prosecutrix namely Manju aged about 13 years was gang raped by Pintu, Jawahar and 2-3 other persons. Thus, this being a gang rape crime of heinous nature. It is in the interest of justice to direct the respondents to register the case. 4. Thus, this petition is allowed and the respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to register a criminal case on the basis of complaint dated 24.8.2007 and to investigate as per the provisions of law with a further direction that victim-prosecutrix Manju may be immediately medically examined and her statement may also be recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate. Copy of F.I.R. may be sent with forthwith to the concerned Magistrate.Petition allowed. *******
