Judgment 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Due to certain missing entries in the G.P.F. statement for the period 1986 to February, 1991 the same could not be made to petitioner as is evident from the statement furnished in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-District Provident Fund Officer. Counter affidavit of the B.D.O. has brought on record, the details of the G.P.F. amount of the missing entries which was subsequently obtained from the B.D.O., Sahar. 3. If the details have already been obtained by the authority as is evident from the evidence contained in the counter affidavit, the respondents are directed to take steps for release of this amount also to petitioner at the earliest provided the same has not been paid to petitioner so far during the pendency of this writ application. This exercise should be completed within a period of three months, if not paid to petitioner. 4. This writ application stands disposed of.
