ORDER In view of this Court's order dated 9th October, 2007, the matter was placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice and his Lordships has been pleased to order that preference may be given to those appeals for early hearing, where the appellants/ convicts are in custody irrespective of nature of offence and according to age of the appeals. 2. Office is directed to act accordingly.
