JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the order of the revisional Court dated 16.1.2007 passed in Criminal Revision No. 76/2006 to the extent that instead of the bank guarantee being onerous, a surety bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- be substituted. Learned counsel has also cited Ramratan & Anr. v. State of Rajasthan, 2006 WLC (Raj.) UC page 169 : 2006 (1) Cr.L.R. (Raj) 132 in his support. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition of bank guarantee being onerous, the same is substituted by surety bond of Rs. 5,00,000/- and the order of the learned revisional Court dated 16.1.2007 stands modified accordingly. 4. Accordingly, this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed.Petition allowed. *******
