Judgment :- P.K. Misra, J. The Petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition to direct the First Respondent to produce his Fiancee, viz., Diveena before this Court and set her at liberty. 2. Heard, Mr.V.M.Vivekanandan, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Babu Muthu Meeran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the First Respondent. 3. As per the order dated 7. 2007, the detenue was allowed to stay in a Juvenile Home and she is produced in Court today. The Petitioner is also present in person. The detenue, again on being examined stated that she had married the Petitioner in a Temple by exchange of garland and she would like to stay with the Petitioner. The Petitioner, who is present in Court also stated that he had married the detenue in a Temple and the detenue should be allowed to stay with him. The Petitioner has further stated that he received certain threatenings. 4. Since, the detenue is admittedly a major, her date of birth being 10.01.1988, she is free to go with the Petitioner. The First Respondent-Police shall provide adequate security both to the Petitioner and the detenue. This Habeas Corpus Petition is accordingly closed.
