Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellants seeks permission to withdraw the Second Appeal stating that the matter has been settled out of Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed as settled out of Court. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.12298/2000 is closed. No costs.
