BADAR DURREZ AHMED, J. ( 1 ) THE exact issue with regard to the testing of a second sample which is being raised in this petition has been decided by this court today itself by a detailed judgment in Crl Rev. P. Nos. 653/2005, 675/2006 and Crl. M. C. 6458/2005. ( 2 ) FOR the reasons given in that decision, this revision petition stands allowed. The impugned order is set aside. The matter is remanded to the court for consideration of the application afresh. After hearing the counsel for the parties, the court shall pass the orders in accordance with law and in keeping with the parameters indicated in the said judgment. A copy of that judgment be kept in the file of this case also.
