( 2 ) HAVING regard to the fact that there is clear cut finding of the Tribunal that the insurance Company failed to discharge its burden to prove that the owner knowing fully well about fake driving licence entrusted the vehicle to the driver, we are of the view that the impugned judgment and award needs no interference by this Court. ( 3 ) THIS appeal is dismissed. - .
