Judgment :- Administrative Tribunal and the same has been transferred to this Court and renumbered as W.P.No.16194 of 2006. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become in fructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3. Based on the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
