Judgment :- Mr. R. Mahadevan, the learned Additional Government Pleader (T) takes notice for the respondent. 2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner has confined his argument to the limited extent of directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 110. 2006, and 22. 2007, within a specified period. 4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 110. 2006 and 22. 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representations, dated 110. 2006, and 22. 2007, to the respondent, along with a copy of this order. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
