Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has challenged the proceedings of the respondent in R.No.A2/24653/2002, dated 111. 2002, cancelling the permit granted by the respondent for the period from 18. 2000 to 8. 2005. Since the permission period had expired, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.8594 of 2003 is closed.
