Judgment :- This writ petition is filed praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to include the petitioners name and the route Cuddalore to Tindivanam (via) Pondicherry in the forth-coming interstate agreement between the State of Pondicherry, and the State of Tamilnadu. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 4 and the learned Government Pleader, Pondicherry, for the respondents 2 and 3. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 that the petitioners name has been included in the minutes of the inter-state agreement meeting, held on 8. 2007. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the name of the petitioner having been included in the minutes of the inter-state agreement meeting, held on 8. 2007, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
