Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Based on the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
