Judgment :- Common Order Mr.J.Naresh Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for Income Tax, takes notice for the respondents. 2. By consent of the learned counsels on either side, the Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal. 3. Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the petitioner in all these writ petitions as well as for the respondents. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the representations of the petitioner, dated 8. 2007, are directed to be disposed of by the first respondent, on merits, within a specified period. 5. The learned Standing Counsel for Income Tax appearing, on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the cases, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 8. 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the above directions, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.1 of 2007 are closed.
