Judgment :- Mr. R. Mahadevan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. 2. With the consent of the learned counsels appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if further time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the order of the third respondent, dated 18. 2007, made in T.P.No.38/07 in T.A.No.155/07. 4. The learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court granting further time to the petitioner to comply with the order passed by the third respondent, as prayed for. 5. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, further time of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to comply with the order of the third respondent, dated 18. 2007, made in T.P.No.38/07 in T.A.No.155/07. 6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2007 is closed.
