Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that it would suffice if the representation, dated 6. 1995, submitted by the petitioner to the first respondent, is directed to be disposed of on merits, within a specified period. 3. Mr.A.Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for passing such an order. 4. On such submission being made, the District Collector, Dr.Ambedkar District (Vellore District) is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 6. 1995, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 6. 1995, to the District Collector, Dr. Ambedkar District (Vellore District), along with a copy of this order. 5. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
