Judgment :- Mr. A. Arumugam, the learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first and second respondents and Mrs. Radha Gopalan learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. 2. With the consent of the learned counsels appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as for the respondents. 4. Though the prayer is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the first respondent is directed to issue a certified copy of the order granting minibus permit in favour of the third respondent in R.No.42765/A2/2002, dated 30.8.2007, within a specified period. 5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, without going into the merits of the cases, the first respondent is directed to issue a certified copy of the order granting mini bus permit in favour of the third respondent in R.No.42765/A2/2002, dated 30.8.2007, in accordance with Rule 161 of The Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or on its production by the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2007 is closed.
