Judgment :- Mr.A.Arumugam, the learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. 2. With the consent of the learned counsels appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 7. 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 5.
