Judgment :- The petitioner, promoted as P.G. Assistant challenged the order dated 5. 94 of the Joint Director of School Education (Higher Secondary Education), Chennai, the second respondent herein. 2. At the time of filing the Original Application in 1994 he was 51 years. While entertaining the Original Application, the Tribunal by order dated 7. 1994 had granted interim stay of the order of reversion which was extended on 20.7.1994, until further orders till the disposal of the Original Application. By virtue of the interim order the petitioner would have continued as P.G. Assistant till he attained the age of super-annotation. As on today, the cause of action does not survive and therefore, the Writ Petition has become in fructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
