Judgment :- These petitions have been listed under the caption "For Dismissal", since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, on an earlier occasion, i.e., on 111. 2007. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, these petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
