Judgment :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that the issue involved in the above writ petitions is covered by the decision of this Court made in W.A.Nos.1114 to 1124 of 1997, dated 16-12-1997 (SAS Relators Private Limited Rep. by its Director T.S.S.Krishnan Madras-17 and others Vs. The Sub-Registrar, S.R.O.Adyar, Madras-20 and another). Hence, nothing survives in these writ petitions. 2. In view of the above submission, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
