JUDGMENT Satish Kumar Mittal, J.- Petitioner Narender has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.350 dated 5.10.2006 registered under Sections 148/149/323/324/307/452 IPC at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad. I have heard the counsel for the parties. 2. As per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner gave a knife blow to injured Umed Singh. As per the M.L.R., the said injury is 1 1/2 “ x 1/2”. The injured was discharged after 6/7 days of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 12.10.2006.Out of fourteen witnesses, only two witnesses have been examined. These material facts have not been disputed by the counsel for the respondent-State. It is also not the case of the prosecution that in case the petitioner is released on bail, he will create hindrance in the fair trial or cause any sort of threat to the witnesses. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioner, and he is accordingly ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court. ———————
