The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous, in view of the fact that a Chairman has been appointed to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chennai. 2. Since the prayer in the writ petition is for a limited relief, in view of the appointment of the Chairman to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Chennai, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
