Judgment :- Heard Mr.Isaac Mohanlal, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Manoharan, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation, dated 211. 1995, in the light of G.O.No.525 (Education), dated 297. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 211. 1995, in the light of G.O.No.525 (Education), dated 212. 97 and pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish to the respondent a copy of the representation, along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
