Judgment :- It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that there has been a settlement between the petitioner and the respondent with regard to the issue in question in the writ petition. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also filed a memo to that effect. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.37830 of 2003 is dismissed. No costs.
