Judgment :- Puthanatham Village and Post, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forbear from in any manner interfering with the functioning and management of the said Wakf by the duly elected office-bearers under the Muthavalliship of M. Khaja Mohideen, till the completion of its full term upto the year 2003.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the writ petition has become in fructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. Based on the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the writ petition is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
