Judgment :- Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the issue involved in the above writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court made in W.A.Nos.1114 to 1124 of 1997, dated 16-12-1997 (SAS Relators Private Limited Rep. by its Director T.S.S.Krishnan Madras-17 and others Vs. The Sub-Registrar, S.R.O.Adyar, Madras-20 and another) and therefore nothing survives in this writ petition. 2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
