Judgment :- Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the issue involved in the writ petition has been settled out of Court, as the amount due to the petitioner has been paid by the first respondent. An endorsement has also been made to that effect. 2. Based on the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the endorsement made on behalf of the first respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
