Judgment 1. Petitioners Karnail Singh and his son Manjit Singh, apprehending their arrest in a non-bailable offence in case FIR No.11 dated 12.1.2007 under Sec.420 read with Sec.120-B IPC registered at police Station Nissing, District Karnal, have filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of anticipatory bail. 2. After hearing counsel for the parties and keeping in view the nature of allegations as well as the fact that the second agreement alleged to be executed by Balwinder Singh on 18.11.2005 was got signed by the petitioners by impersonation, I am not inclined to grant them the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
