Judgment :- Today, when these writ petitions were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners had submitted that in view of G.O.No.100, Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, dated 14. 2003, these writ petitions have become in fructuous. 2. In view of the above, nothing survives in these writ petitions and the same are dismissed as in fructuous. No costs.
