Judgment :- The above petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 110. 2007 and to file a final report within a stipulated time. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry has been conducted and ultimately, it has been closed since the petitioner has given an written undertaking stating that the matter has been compromised. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed against the proposed accused before the appropriate court, if he so desires.
