Judgment :- This petition is filed, seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent to register a first information report based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.08.2007 and to investigate the case. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.687 of 2007 under Section 379 of IPC. 3.
