Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has come forward with this petition for a direction to the first respondent police to register a case based on the complaint dated 11. 2007 given by the petitioner against the second respondent; to investigate the same and to file the final report. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 3. A perusal of the complaint dated 011. 2007 does not reveal the commission of any cognizable offence. Hence, the direction sought for in the above petition, cannot be issued. However, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court to seek appropriate relief in the manner known to law. 4. With the above observation, this petition is closed.
