Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to investigate and to file the charge sheet in Crime No.129 of 2007, pending on the file of the respondent. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent. He submits that if four months time is granted, the respondent police would complete the investigation and file the final report. 3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.129 of 2007 in accordance with law. The petitioner shall also cooperate with the investigating officer in completing the investigation. On completion of such investigation, the respondent shall file a final report within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order of this Court. 4. This Petition is ordered accordingly.
