Judgment :- This petition is filed, seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to register the petitioners complaint dated 11. 2007 in CSR No.471 of 2007 on the file of the second respondent; to investigate the same and to submit a final report according to law to the competent criminal court. 2. Learned Government Advocate submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.471 of 2007 under Sections 147, 148, 353, 294 (b) and 506 (ii) of IPC. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed.
