Judgment :- Mr.N.Senthil Kumar, the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. 2. With the consent of the learned counsels appearing on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 210. 2007, submitted to the second respondent, is disposed of on merits, within a specified period. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 5. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 210. 2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 210. 2007, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
