Judgment :- The above petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to register a FIR on the complaint dated 18. 2007 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry within a week from today, intimation will be served on the petitioner. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed against the proposed accused before the appropriate court.
