Judgment 1. Petitioners Vikas, Dinesh and Harinder have filed this petition under Sec.439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.61 dated 24.1.2007 under Sections 420, 272, 34 ipc, registered at Police Station City, Hisar. 2. I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. 3. In the aforesaid case, it has been alleged that the petitioners were preparing duplicate milk. Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are in custody since 24.1.2007 and the case is triable by magistrate. He further submits that till date, even challan has not been filed, therefore, trial is yet to commence. These material facts have not been disputed by the State Counsel. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioners and they are, accordingly, ordered to be released on bail subject to their furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial magistrate, Hisar.
