Judgment :- This petition is filed, seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in accordance with law and to file a final report as expeditiously as possible in Crime No.372 of 2005. 2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner the investigation was taken up and the same was closed stating that "further action is dropped" as early as on 211. 2005. 3. Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
