Judgment :- The above petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the second and third respondents to alter the F.I.R.No.185 of 2006, dated 012. 2006, on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Avinasipalayam Police Station, by including Section 388 of the IPC. 2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that F.I.R.No.185 of 2006, dated 012. 2006, has been closed on 14.03.2007 itself and a charge sheet has also been filed before the jurisdictional Court. 3. In view of the above, the above criminal original petition has become in fructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as in fructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty, if so advised, to file a private complaint against the proposed accused before the appropriate Court.
