The review application bearing RP No. 10/2006 and the application for condonation of delay bearing CM No. 5223/2006 in RFA (OS) No. 10/1973 were heard on maintainability. Vide separate judgment of the even date, we have dismissed both these applications. ( 2 ) THE learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he wanted to argue the writ petition separately.
