Judgment Ashok Parihar, J.-Petitioner is aggrieved by grant of LPG dealership to Respondent No. 4 in pursuance to the advertisement issued on 17.05.1998. The grant of dealership has been challenged mainly on the ground of concealment, misrepresentation and non-application of mind of the Selection Board. 2. After hearing learned Counsel for the parties, I have carefully gone through the material on record. 3. There cannot be any dispute that it is the discretion of the Selection Board to adjudge suitability of the candidate as per the norms and criteria fixed for selection for dealership. In absence of any bias, prejudice and malafide or even allegation of favouratism of any member of the Selection Board, no interference is called for by this Court under writ jurisdiction in such discretion of the Selection Board. In the present case, the grievance as raised by the petitioner already having been duly considered not only by the respondent Corporation but also the Selection Board itself and the allegations made by the petitioner having been found baseless, in the facts and circumstances, I find no ground for any further interference of this Court. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly as having no merit.
