Judgment S. S. Saron, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. Learned senior counsel Mr. K. S. Ahluwalia does not press the application qua Dalbir Singh (petitioner No.1) at this stage. The application for grant of bail in respect of Dalbir Singh (petitioner No.1) is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. 3. The injuries attributed to Narinder Singh alias Jiva (petitioner no.2) is on the right lower arm which is on non-vital part. He has been in custody since 14.12.2006 and the challan has been filed on 5.3.2007. 4. In the circumstances, petitioner No.2 Narinder Singh alias Jiva is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond and surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, hoshiarpur.
