Judgment 1. Petitioner Rajinder Kumar, who is complainant in case FIR No.578 dated 19.12.2006 registered at Police Station Sadar Jalandhar under sections 447/448/427/380/148/149/506/120-B IPC, has filed this petition under Sec.439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5 vide order dated 9.1.2007, passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Jalandhar. 2. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the FIR as well as the aforesaid impugned order dated 9.1.2007, i do not find any ground to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5. Dismissed.
