Judgment :- This is an application filed by the E.S.I. Corporation seeking review of judgment dated 27-2-2007 in WP(C).No.33665/2003 [2007 (3) KLT 225]. 2. Heard counsel for necessary parties. 3. Rule 61 of the Employees’ State Insurance (Central) Rules, 1950 provides for medical benefits to the injured person and spouse. However, in the last paragraph of the judgment sought to be reviewed, it was declared that the petitioner and his family members are entitled to medical benefits. The same is an error apparent on the face of the judgment sought to be reviewed. Accordingly, this review petition is allowed and the words “family members” in the last paragraph of the judgment dated 27-2-2007 in WP(C).No.33665/2003 will stand replaced with the word “spouse”.
