Order The grievance of the petitioner is that though he had appeared in the final examination of L.L.B. held in the year 2005 including "Torts" Paper-IV, but in the cross list, issued by the University, no marks has been allotted to the petitioner in the said subject i.e. "Torts" Paper-IV. The petitioner filed his representation before the University-respondents and thereafter repeatedly requested them to publish his marks of the said paper and revise his result, but till date the University has not heeded upon his request. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Ranchi University submitted that the Controller of Examination, Ranchi University, Ranchi is the competent authority to look into the petitioner's grievance and that he will consider the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 3. Considering the above submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Controller of Examination, Ranchi University, Ranchi by filing a fresn representation before him. On receipt of the petitioner's said representation, the said authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. If the petitioner is found to have appeared in the said subject i.e. "Torts" Paper-IV of the said examination, the marks obtained by him in the said subject including the revised result, if required, shall be published handed over to the petitioner by the University within a period of three weeks thereafter.
