But as regards Condition No. 3, 5% would be of the cost of laying up the transmission lines through the Jawahar Sagar Wildlife Sanctuary, shall be deposited for the time being in the CAMPA Fund, subject to later determination of the issue. As regards condition no.5, i.e. the actual felling of trees would be subject to the description given in paragraph 12 of the recommendations of the C.E.C. 7. I.A.s are disposed of accordingly.
