Judgment 1. Petitioner Deepak Handa has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for the grant of regular bail in case fir No.851 dated 25.12.2005 under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120-B ipc, registered at Police Station City Sirsa, District Sirsa. 2. I have heard counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the FIR. 3. In the aforesaid case, which is triable by Magistrate, the petitioner is in custody since December, 2006. Counsel for the petitioner contends that till date, no prosecution witness has been examined and the allegation is that the petitioner received money from people on behalf of the manager of Bajaj Insurance Company. The material facts have not been disputed by the State Counsel. 4. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to grant regular bail to the petitioner and he is, accordingly, ordered to be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court.
